This is the informational website of Health Beyond Hurdles / Santé Sans Obstacles, a proposed nonprofit in Regina, Saskatchewan. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Everything on this site, including the Newcomer Healthcare Guide, explains how Saskatchewan's healthcare system works. It is general information. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or immigration advice, and it does not replace a conversation with a licensed professional.

The Newcomer Healthcare Guide is published as a working draft. It is pending review by healthcare professionals and settlement workers before it is treated as final. We say so openly because we would rather be honest than look finished.

Programs, phone numbers, eligibility rules, and clinic hours in Saskatchewan change. We check our information regularly and date our pages, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Before you rely on something important, confirm it directly with the organization named.

We link to the Saskatchewan Health Authority, 211 Saskatchewan, settlement agencies, and other services. We do not control those sites, their content, or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything they publish.

You may read, print, and share the guide free of charge for personal, family, classroom, or community use, as long as you credit Health Beyond Hurdles / Santé Sans Obstacles and do not charge for it. Please write to us before republishing a modified version or using our content in a commercial product. Our name, our logo, and our wordmark remain ours.

Sending a volunteer, partnership, or contact form does not create an agreement between us, and it does not guarantee a volunteer role, a partnership, or a service. We will reply, and we will tell you honestly where things stand.

We are not accepting donations yet. When a donation page opens, it will have its own terms covering payment processing, receipting, and refunds, and those terms will apply to donations instead of this page.

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Beyond Hurdles / Santé Sans Obstacles and its volunteers are not liable for any loss or harm resulting from decisions made on the basis of this site. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply in it.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top.
